The Manuel Sousa Nunes, Lda. was founded in 1965, on Pico Island, born from the entrepreneurial vision and determination of its founder, known to all as Manuel "Cadelrei".

For over 60 years we have grown alongside our region, building a reputation rooted in trust, closeness and quality across the areas of Food Distribution, Building Materials, Furniture and Decoration, and Agricultural Products.

More recently, we have brought that same experience to tourism, with accommodations designed down to the last detail to provide comfort, tranquillity and a stay where everything simply happens as it should.

Manuel Sousa Nunes, Lda. has been an active and deeply rooted presence in the social fabric of Pico Island since 1965. Over more than six decades, we have contributed to the autonomy and resilience of the region, supporting those who live from agriculture, construction, trade and local small businesses.
